Cytat:We do not have a record of you having redeemed this prize in 24/7.
Are you sure it was with this email address?

Mara D.

Cytat:it sounds like we don't have a record of your successfully redeeming on that day. If you did not immediately get a message saying that you were the winner, and asking you to click HERE to fill in your address info, then you did not win the bid.

could you have been using a different email address than this one, when you bid?

Best,
Kathy

Cytat:We'll research this and see if PTZ were deducted---we have no record of you having a winning bid.

Mara D.

Cytat:I'm sorry, i misread Mara's response to you.

If she says that you should get your tracking number by the end of the week, then you will get it next week, if not this week. Congratulations!

Best,
Kathy

Cytat:Chill! I certainly am not making you out to be an idiot. I am trying to say that we both need to reread Mara's message.

If you got your confirmation, and Mara confirms that your shipping/tracking number will be coming this week or next week, you should be all set!

Best,
Kathy

Cytat:I'm simply saying that we do not have a record of you having won the prize, unless you were using a different email address at the time.

If you were not, then I don't know what happened. I'm asking if PTZ were deducted.

Mara D.

Cytat:What is the address you used at the auction?

Mara D.
