shipping confirmation, or don't receive one by the end of next week, it's
possible that your details have not been entered correctly in your
settings.
Please ensure that all of your information is complete and correct in your
account settings (http://www.lockerz.com/user/update). When entering your
details, please do not user and accents or characters which are not
English.
These can occasionally prevent us from being able to ship your shirt to
you.
Don't forget to enter your apartment/house
number in the street field as well.

If you've just recently become a Z-List, the process is easy. As long as
your
settings are correct (as above), we'll ship your shirt to you
automatically,
then you receive your radical Lockerz shirt and wear it whenever you want.

Hopefully you'll be receiving your snazzy shirt soon. I can assure you that
they're extremely comfortable.
