We have asked members to forward their receipts to teri by the deadline without
altering them in any way. Unfortunately if your receipt was not sent in the
correct format it wouldn't be processed. You may be down about this but when
the site fully launches there will be many ways to earn points including
watching videos and playing games.
The good news is that all of your points are intact and perhaps you can redeem
something really cool the next time around. If you received a blank receipt
from the November redemption but haven't sent anything to teri, you cannot
expect to receive a prize. If you actually did have an order number but haven't
heard anything, please make sure to let us know about it
We are cracking down on cheating with lockerz to maintain the integrity of the
redemption process for our legit members. Members playing by the rules
shouldn't have to suffer because of those that are not.
Gift card/Certificates
Many of you should have received their gift card or paypal funds in place of
your prize from the November redemption. Some of you have had understandable
issues though that have not allowed you to receive your funds. We are sorry to
hear this but if this scenario fits you, make sure to reply to this message.
Invites - Points
Your invites or points haven't been adjusted for one of the following reasons.
Your invites were invited multiple times(system glitch). The members you are
inviting all happen to have the same password. It is understandable that one
may try to create an account just to see if their invites are working but this
is not allowed. Keep in mind that the invites are working even if you do not
see your points adjusting.
Many users issues from the past three months regarding points have been taken
care of, but reply to this message if you are still having a problem.
Many users were seeing a large change in their points as they logged on. If
this is still happening you would want to proceed to answer your daily question
and then log out. After you are logged out try deselecting the remember me box
and log in again. This issue has been resolved for most members, but if you are
still missing many of your points please make sure to respond to this message.
