about this redemption-we were testing a new architecture and we were
very excited that the site had incredible stability and no performance
issues.

We will read your questions individually and we will respond if your
question is not answered here, but here's a quick
answer to some of the most frequently asked questions.


"Things were fresh out and I didn't get to redeem the prize I wanted."
Redemptions are very popular, and many items run out quickly, particularly the
games and electronics. We know you must be bummed out if you didn't
get the prize you wanted, but
remember--PTZ are good for a year after you earn them, so there will
be many more chances to use them.

"Is there a second wave?"
No. As we announced earlier this week, there will only be one wave.

"The time didn't work for my time zone."
We did our very best to find a time that was optimal for the majority
of our international members. However,
with members in nearly every time zone around the world, it's
impossible to find a time that works for everyone.
Remember, PTZ last for a year and there will be plenty more chances to
use those PTZ!

"I'm international--why can't I get into the redemption?"
Only international members will be allowed into this redemption. If
you've changed your mailing address in the past 5 days from a US to an
International address, you were not eligible to participate in this
redemption. Please note that we will have another redemption in April
and you will have other chances to participate.

"When is the next redemption?"
Very soon. Keep watching the hallway for the most current info--there
will most definitely be a redemption in April.

Restocki są bardzo popularne i wiele rzeczy rozeszło się szybko (gry, elektronika). Wiemy, że musi wam być nieprzyjemnie, ponieważ nie zamówiliście nagrody którą chcieliście. Ale pamiętajcie - PTZ są ważne na rok od czasu kiedy je zdobyliście, więc będzie wiele szans na wykorzystanie ich.

"Czy będzie druga fala?"
Nie. Informowaliśmy w tym tygodniu, że będzie tylko jedna fala.

"Restock był w nieodpowiedniej dla mnie godzinie"
Zrobiliśmy co tylko mogliśmy, aby restock odbył się w odpowiedniej godzinie dla większości uzytkowników "Reszty świata". Jednak to niemożliwe znaleźć godzinę która odpowiadała by uzytkownikom każdego miejsca na świecie. To poprostu niemożliwe.

"Jestem użytkownikiem "Reszty Świata" - Dlaczego nie mogłem uczestniczyć w restocku?"
Jeśli zmieniłeś w ostatnich 5 dniach adres i dane z USA na "Reszte Świata" nie mogłeś uczestniczyć w restocku. Zapamiętaj to. Mamy zamiar przeprowadzić kolejny restock już w kwietniu, wtedy będziesz miał kolejne szanse na zamówienie nagrody.

"Kiedy będzie następny restock?"
Niedługo. Sprawdzaj Hallway w poszukiwaniu informacji - będzie tam napewno napisane o zblizającym się, kwietniowym restocku.
