that some members were on the verge of redeeming only to encounter a
technical
problem when they entered their info. We are looking into these errors to
figure out why they happened and prevent them from happening during future
redemptions. As you know, Lockerz is still a work in progress. We get an
unbelievable amount of traffic during the live redemption, there is a lot
of
action on our servers, and this can sometimes cause technical errors.

Unfortunately, if your PTZ haven't been deducted yet, this means your prize
wasn't successfully redeemed. We're sorry to break this news to you. You
will
have plenty of chances to use your PTZ in the next few months. We will
continue
having monthly redemptions while SHOP is being tested out and redeeming
prizes
will get even easier once we have stock available to redeem 24 hours a day /
7
days a week before the end of the year.
