Maccabi Hertzila is a solid club from leumit league, usually very stable, not that good for fighting to promote, but for sure too good to be relegated. They play at home on their large pitch vs a total amateur team, Bnei Jat from liga gimel, 5th and last league..
Yes, they are 3rd on table, 19 points out of 6 games, but the level there is extreme low.. in addition, they don't really have tradition over there.. they were mid/low table there, and only this year they do ok, but have never met a rival as 2nd division team, with much more quality players.. foreign players, routine practice with fitness trainer.. these are elements that usually not common on liga gimel.. all the players there has day jobs, especially Bnei Jat's which is a tiny village from the Israeli arab sector. By the way, jat is 3rd currently on their league.. when they played vs 2nd place they only drew 1:1, and when they played vs 1st place at home they lost..

By odds, Ashkelon is way favorite, but I think that these are over rated odds. Maccabi Shaaraim, on paper, has a dream team for a third league level. They have rich owner, who invested alot of money, bringing many quality players , including aboutbul, last year captain of hapoel TLV, Touama, played in hapoel tel aviv most of his career, even scored when hapoel beat PSG on uefa cup. Recentlythe added dedi ben dayan who played most of his career in maccabi TLV, and on MLS. all of them played on champions league too.. yes, they are old now, but the team also has talented younger players but up until now their results are not so good. But they sacked their coach two months ago, and brought Klinger, former manager of maccabi TLV who won with maccabi on championchip, the cup, and also qualified with them to the champions league.. on last games, they played a good game vs kfar shalem, won 2:0 and could have won way more as they created many scoring chances. They also won away vs solid Hod Hasharon, and on last game vs Marmurek (both 1:0 win) in addition, they signed recently 2 new strikers: Yitzhak from Bney yehuda, who was very good last year on 2nd division and help bney yehuda promoting to the premier league, and alsi David Gomez, proofed foreign striker who scores alot on 2nd division (leumit league) for several seasons, and he can play as an israeli as he got married with local. (foreign s can't play on 3rd divisions). Ashkelon last season was same version of Shaaraim. 3rd league team who had big budget (by city hall though, not private owner) that promoted easily to 2nd division. They are not so good this season, conceding quite a lot, and currently has much like 16 players on their squad, with not so much options for rotations. Comparing these 2 teams, Ashkelon is better, but not in much and not by the way the odds offered. The game will take place in neutral stadium (Ashkelon penalty). Value odds for medium/low stake

Eseghlal in deep crisis. No trainings, no money, no salaries and no players.. almost all best players dont want to play. Rumours about fixing here too
