B-Coz here from the Lockerz crew. We've made some very cool changes to Lockerz
and most of the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. But we're also
hearing that things aren't working as smoothly for some of you as they are for
other members. That's not cool and we hope to fix these problems you've run
into! Below I've outlined some of the problems being reported to us. If you
continue having these issues, or if your problem isn't addressed below, simply
reply back to this email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!
Where are my previous dailies?
We're aware that your previous dailies are not showing up and we're hoping to
have them appearing again within the next couple of days. Don't worry, this
doesn't affect your previous PTz and all the dailies which you enter for all
the new dailies will be saved.
I Can't Login?
Sorry to hear that you're unable to experience our sweet new site! Please clear
your cookies and cache, then reset your password at
http://www.lockerz.com/forgot.
Once you've changed your password, it may a few minutes to update before you
can logging. If the issue persists, please reply to this email and we'll try
our best to get your account working soon.
I Can't Logout?
If you're unable to log out of your account by clicking the logout link, all
you have to do is remove your browser's cookies and your account will be logged
out. If you're unsure about how to do this, please reply to this email and I'll
help you out.
Why Do I Keep Getting Signed Out?
Some members have reported to us that they can't navigate around other pages of
Lockerz because they keep getting logged out when clicking to access other
parts of the site. Our tech team is investigating this and should have this
issue fixed soon.
Where are my details?
Although your Account Settings aren't showing, you're still able to re-enter
your details and save them. We have been made aware that some members have had
problems entering their time zone and phone number. This is being looked into
by our tech team. If you have any other issues adding your details or need any
of the fields explained/clarified, please let me know and I'll help you out.

As you know, Lockerz is still in beta, which means we're still very much a work
in progress. We're very excited about this upgrade and it is only step one of
what's to come in 2010! You're going to love the improvements you see to
Lockerz in 2010 - once the full site is launched, there will always be prizes
in stock at PTZ Place, online shopping, and MANY more ways to earn and use your
