Jakiś czas temu napisałem emaila używając Contact Us z przyznaniem się do zrobienia fakes account, ale nie dostałem odpowiedzi. Chciałbym spróbować jeszcze raz ale na konkretny adres email. Gdzie to mam wysłać ?

Na odpowiedź od Lockerz czeka się czasami bardzo długo. Ja czekałem aż 2 tygodnie, więc poczekaj jeszcze, a powinni
odpowiedzieć.

Wysłałem teraz emaila na adres [email protected], i otrzymałem odpowiedź zwrotną ale chyba jest to mail wysyłany automatycznie(z najczęściej zadawanymi pytaniami) , rozumiem że mam czekać dalej na wiadomość od nich?

A: We're not sending them--your confirmation and wave times were on
the screen after you redeemed.

Q: I don't like the redemption times--may I have my PTZ back?
A: As we mentioned previously, the PTZ are nonrefundable. However,
we're hoping that with all this advance notice, it will make it much
easier to arrange your schedule to make this work for you--much better
than camping for days in front of the computer.

Q: I was hoping for a more specific time--this is an estimate of an hour.
A: It's impossible for us to be perfectly precise, but this a close
approximation of the times. Again, we think it's a whole lot better
than camping for days:-)

Q: I didn't redeem chances in time. Is it too late?
A: It is too late to redeem extra chances for this redemption.
However, we're constantly testing and adding new features, so stay
