1.) We can send you your prize using UPS and it will most likely be stopped by customs in your country. 2.) We can send you your prize via USPS and it has a better chance of not being stopped by a custom's agent, and, therefore, a better chance of you not paying any fees. However you will not receive any tracking number for your package and Lockerz will have no control over the package after it leaves our warehouse. If you for any reason do not receive your package, Lockerz cannot do anything to help solve the situation. If you would like this option please reply to this email with this sentence: "Yes, I understand that Lockerz will have no control over my package after it leaves the warehouse and I would like my package to be sent USPS."

3.) You can have your hard earned PTZ added back into your account with no penalty and you can keep saving up for that prize that you have been looking at in our next upcoming redemption. (Stay tuned to the site for more information on exact dates and times!) If you would like this option please reply to this email with this sentence: "Yes, I would like my order to be cancelled and my PTZ returned back into my account for the next redemption."

These are the only options that we have right now. We are still growing as a site and as we grow we get better and better. We hope that in the future we will have even better options for you to choose from.

This is not a mass generated email and this is not for everyone. You are a very select member that we are trying to help, by offering these options to you.
