SloSumo is doing a good job as an admin! And he's in a better position than me, as when he has ideas - he has the capacity to actually build them.

I really hope over the course of this year to add a few more people like SloSumo to this business. Multiple "managers" overseeing everything, and dealing with the day to day issues. That'll be cool.

The BAP Bug should be fixed...
Daniel is still working on refunding the BAP to users that received the duplicated ads... I'm waiting for him to say that's complete, and then i'll fire out Sundays ad issue. Likely 6hours or so from now.

It'll just be a small issue, to test everything is working. And then Mondays issue will be a quarter of a million, easy!

I'm beginning to backtrack on my idea to control PV's growth... with the whole idea of limiting Bulk Ad Purchases to $1/day. There's definitely merit in that; but at the same time, it's contrary to upcoming Multiplayer BAP Poker... And it has some diss-advantages. So maybe not - but i'll keep thinking about that.

Maybe the week by week idea isn't so bad. If nothing else; just to give us a week or so to delay the explosion... Or the user idea, of requiring users to view a minimum amount of ads before being able to buy unlimited Bulk Ads.

Default = $1 bulk ad purchases per day.
View 20x $0.0005 special ads to increase that to $2/day
View 50x $0.0005 special ads to increase that to $5/day
View 100x $0.0005 special ads to increase that to $10/day
View 500x $0.0005 special ads to increase to $50/day
View 1000x $0.0005 special ad to increase to unlimited.

Something like that may work... But I don't know. Let's keep mulling it over.

And i'm really waiting on Rayner to get this new templte mocked up. So we can start redesigning every single page... Frankly, I think MTV is a mess right now. We have a lot of good ideas / systems, but the user interfaces kinda suck. And it's all a bit messy! This can be improved like crazy.

* And whilst improving the existing displays; the main job wtih that new template is the introduction of the on-site programming queue, user submitted ideas etc.... This is going to increase the size of the website by 40-50%... We need to plan that real well, not just botch one thing on top of another.

Then once that is in place; the focus needs to shift to 100% profit making products! Debt swaps are fine for the moment, but they're only a measure to buy us some time. We need that development / portfolio to be built ASAP.

Czekajcie, a co z sharesami ? bo generalnie adsy zablokowane, dalej można kupić sharesów za 100$ i sprzedać za bapy - co wręcz jest bardziej opłacalne.

Druga sprawa, czyli Jo zmusi ludzi do wyklikania paruset reklam, bo ci co są wyżej albo to zrobią albo nie będą w stanie reinwestować wystarczająco by się utrzymać ?


Jak dla mnie sam pomysł dobry do zmniejszenia ilości reklam, chociaż mógłby dać co innego niż 0.0005 ... chociaż takie 0.001-0.005 w zależności od sumy zainwestowanych $ łącznie.



Poza tym nie żeby coś ... ale ćwierć miliona $ wrzucone w poniedziałek to niezbyt dużo jak na tydzień bez naliczeń ...

Tak jak mówiłem. Raz wydane 500k, zwalenie winy na *wstaw cokolwiek* i luz na tydzien. To tak jak mniej niz 100k dziennie, a użytkowników na pewno początkowo zwabiło~

Czy ktoś wie kiedy te zmiany będą wprowadzone i kiedy program będzie normalnie funkcjonować? Gdzie znajdują się te informacje od admina?
