Chodzi o to, że gdy klikasz w link to nie przenosi Cię do sharecasha tylko od razu wyskakuje wybór ankiety rozumiesz o co chodzi? mniejwięcej?
Może spotkałeś się na jakimś blogu z odblokowywaniem ściąganie, dotyczy to tego

Czyli maskować linki poprzez goo.gl etc można dalej?

Prawdopodobnie używałeś thedownloadexchange.com i dlatego masz te info. Strona tinyfile.org robi coś takiego i dlatego jest zablokowana.
