We just had our Spring Fling redemption on April 15th. Spring Fling was a bonus
redemption. We'll be giving our members two separate General redemptions this
month. One will be for members in U.S. and Canada; the other for international
members. We know that the Spring Fling redemption was held at an hour that
wasn't convenient for our members outside the U.S. and Canada, and we hope that
splitting the General redemption will allow all of our members to redeem at the
hour and time that is best for them. Keep checking the Hallway for more details
about April's General redemption!

Prizes will say "More Soon" until we restock. The current prizes listed at PTZ
Place will be restocked. The prize selection at Lockerz will change from month
to month with a mix of new and old. If there is something you want to see at
PTZ Place, or something that we once offered that is now gone, please email
that suggestion to [email protected].

Lockerz does not charge any fee for shipping, however, members are responsible
for paying any import duty or tax that their country imposes. It is your
responsibility to check your local regulations whenever you redeem a prize at
Lockerz. These fees are paid to your country - not Lockerz - when your package
is delivered. We are working to find distribution partners to help us reduce
any taxes, duties, or other governmental fees you may owe for incoming
shipments.

All PTZ Place prize packages that we are sending internationally will be
labeled as a ?gift.? This should eliminate or significantly reduce any import
duty or tax in the vast majority of countries.

Please note that declaring an incorrect value on customs forms is illegal and
therefore we are unable to do such a thing. If you need to find the value of a
prize you'd like to redeem, you can look it up at Amazon.com.

The important thing to keep in mind is not everyone will be able to
successfully redeem the prize they want, or any prize at all, each month. We
give away thousands of prizes each month and have millions of members. So
prizes do go quickly during the redemption, especially the high demand items,
but the process of redeeming will get easier once PTZ Place is stocked 24/7.
