WitamSmile. Napisałem do lockerz że przepraszam za fikcyjne konta i że już zauważyłem wyzerowali mi ptz i tam do nich napisalem ze przepraszam itd i mi tak odpowiedzieli...

Q: I redeemed a prize! What do I need to do now?
A: Congratulations! Your PTZ should have already been deducted in
your account. If there is no account activity that violates our Terms
of Use, you will receive your confirmation in a week.

Q: When do I get my confirmation receipt?
A: You should receive it within a week.

Q: I didn't redeem a prize.
A: We know that you are probably disappointed if you didn't get the
prize you want, but you
can participate in the general redemption on Friday. And remember--PTZ are not
a one shot deal! They are good for a year, and soon there are going
to be even more ways to earn--and use--PTZ.


Q: I didn't redeem a prize--can I get my Member Appreciation
Redemption PTZ back?
A: Last night we had our first test of a Member Appreciation
Redemption. Our goal was to give every member who signed up with PTZ
an equal opportunity to redeem a prize. While our first two waves went
smoothly, with thousands of members redeeming great prizes, our third
wave was problematic for some due to site availability. Unfortunately,
we battled some heavy cheating bots in Wave 3. Despite our efforts to
shut these down, they affected the experience for some members who
couldn't log in. We're working hard to ensure this will not happen in
the future. Most importantly, we've refunded 100 PTZ to all members
who participated in the Member Appreciation Redemption and did not
receive a prize. We have already put these PTZ in your account in time
to use for today's General Redemption. Thanks for your patience as we
work to perfect the redemption process! All other PTZ are
nonrefundable.

Q: How many prizes can I redeem?
A: You can only redeem one prize total in the February
redemption---that includes both the Member Appreciation Redemption and
the general redemption.

Możesz im napisać wiadomość poprzez konto lockerz, naciskając "Contact Us". Wybierasz tam jaki masz problem i wpisujesz treść wiadomości.
