There can also sometimes be a delay with getting PTZ for your accepted
invites, or getting them to show up immediately in your friend count and your count to Z-List status, but these problems should be fixed in the coming days. Eventually you will see all of your friends in your hallway, on your Connect page, and in your myLocker and Z-List count. You will also see those referral PTZ in your PTZ balance.

If a friend of yours is saying they haven't received your invite, please have them check their email spam folder as invites can sometimes end up in
there.

Some invites that were send before we went over to the site upgrade might
not have gone through or may still be backlogged in the system. We're working on pushing these through. Don't forget that you also have the option of hitting resend for any invite that has not reached your friend.
