questions we're getting about the status of recent 24/7 and redemption prizes.
If this response doesn't address your specific question or problem, just reply

Due to SHOP being crazy busy during the holidays, the relaunch of 24/7, and the
increased frequency of redemptions during Holidaze, we're a bit behind on
processing and shipping prizes from recent redemptions and auctions.
If you redeemed a GameStop prize, you will receive a PayPal equivalent as a
substitute since we're unable to fulfill those orders. Your Paypal deposit will
be sent to the email tied to your Lockerz account. If you have a different
PayPal address, you should be able to link your Lockerz email address to that
account at https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-email.
Anyone redeeming iCards, Decalz bundles, gift cards, or movie tickets should
receive their prize within the next 7-10 business days.
Those of members who redeemed Decalz bundles in late November or early
December, and received one Decal instead of 5, will be seeing a PTZ credit in
your account very soon because of the technical error.
Those members who have redeemed video games and other items from the Video Game
Redemption, Member's Choice Redemption, or those of you who have won 24/7
prizes should receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info sometime
within the next 7-21 business days. Business days do not include weekends or
holidays. We apologize for the wait. Please reply back to this email if you're
without a shipping confirmation three weeks from now and we'll double check
status.
Everyone who redeemed or won an auction in December should have received their
confirmations by now. Please check your junk or spam folders as they can
sometimes be misdirected there by your email provider. Message me back here if
you have no confirmation and we'll look into your status.
