you did not enter your address information accurately when redeeming, USPS lost
your envelope, or your local post office refused to deliver it for various
reasons.

Because we only have a limited supply of prizes for each redemption, we cannot
re-send your prize.

We depend on feedback from members like you to help make Lockerz the best
destination on the web, and because so many have you have suggested as such,
we’ll be adding tracking numbers to these prizes in the future, so that you can
track the status of your card from the warehouse to your mailbox.
