Przperaszam, źle przeczytałem. Myślałem, że pytasz ile można mieć kont :oops:
Zatem to nie zależy od jakiejś konkretnej sumy, ale na pewno gdy przekroczysz limit $400 na miesiąc.

W skrócie: radzą najpierw spróbować się skontaktować ze sprzedającym. Jeśli jednak nie będzie odpowiedzi z jego strony masz odpowiedzieć na ten mail podając numer referencyjny transakcji którą kwestionujesz.
