Thanks for your email. We just had our most recent General Redemption on 1/26
at 4:24PM PST in the United States. There will be another PTZ Place redemption
coming up! Be sure to watch the Hallway for the latest news on upcoming
redemptions, 24/7 auctions, and offers at our SHOP boutiques. Redemptions can
happen anytime, so check back often.
There are three ways to use your PTZ right now.
We have a redemption at PTZ Place every so often. Prizes at PTZ Place will say
"More Soon" until we restock. Prizes rotate from redemption to redemption. If
there is anything you'd like to see at PTZ Place, email your suggestion to
[email protected]
Redemption dates and times aren't announced in advance. Certain redemptions
have specific eligibility requirements that members have to meet for
eligibility. General redemptions are open to everyone. You can always watch the
Hallway to learn more about upcoming redemptions and to also find out when PTZ
Place is live with a redemption. If you are denied access to the redemption,
and you meet all eligibility requirements to redeem, be sure to clear your
browser's cookies and cache and try logging in again to PTZ Place.
The tricky part of redemptions, besides camping out and waiting for them to go
live, is we have millions of members and can only give out thousands of prizes.
And the high demand items redeem quickly. Not every member is going to get the
prize they want, or any prize at all, however, if you're patient, and have
earned all your PTZ legitimately with no cheating, you'll eventually score!
You can also use your PTZ to bid on 24/7 auctions. 24/7 has some bugs and
glitches right now that we're working through but you'll be seeing many changes
and improvements to our auction system in the weeks to come to improve the
experience for you. There are two sections of 24/7 right now. General and VIP
High Rollers. Once you reach 10,000 PTZ you will no longer be able to
participate in the General auctions, but will be able to participate in the
High Roller auctions.
Lastly, you can use your PTZ to get huge discounts on purchases at SHOP. And
you will also earn PTZ for your SHOP purchases!
Unfortunately we only currently ship SHOP orders to the following countries:
Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourgh, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New
Zealand, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and the United States..
We are doing everything we can to make SHOP available in other countries as
soon as possible. In the mean time, most international members can still redeem
prizes during the redemptions at PTZ Place and win auctions at 24/7. For the
time being, we cover these shipping costs, however, you are responsible for any
taxes, duties, or customs imposed by your country's government at the time of
delivery.
